I can’t stand politics. It gives me a headache. If I was appointed president, I’d flee the country, fake my own death, anything to avoid such a horrible job. Say I was president, and I could change anything, it’d be the economy. I imagine sitting in the oval office and on the desk there’d be a little red button. Once I press it, the little red button would automatically fix everything. It’d magically balance the flow of money so that everyone had enough, so that newspapers wouldn’t be bankrupt, and the price of cigarettes would stop going up. That or maybe the red button would eliminate currency entirely. I know, I know that’s impossible; but at least that way money wouldn’t be a problem. But money will always be a problem, and I’m sure I wouldn’t be able to come up with better ideas to fix the economy than the people in power now. We’re always so quick to judge the president. Everyone forgets all the red tape and people the president has to go through just to get anything done. If I was president I wouldn’t know what to do, and I’d probably end up running the country into the ground.

I agree!!!
ReplyDeleteI wished there was a little red button that would make everything simple and shiny again. Even if it wasn't for just a president...where can I get me one of those?
hahaha...great post!
Haha. To much power, resort to the little red button.
