There's a reason why I'm not president. Simply put, I'm reckless and don't take anything seriously. Being put in the highest position of power in this country would be hilarious to me, and I would abuse it like no other. So I have a free pass to change anything in the country? What will I do? Will I solve our homeless epidemic, the financial crisis, our immigration issues, or our health care? Not at all.
I would change our national anthem.....to "We Fly High" by Jim Jones. Yes, you read right. I want to be "Ballin" if I'm going to be president. Why would I do something so ridiculous and utterly idiotic??? Because I can. Simply because I can. I would be so drunk with power that I would want to show the American public just how absurd I could get with it. I'd love nothing more than to step out of Air Force One on the runway and hear Jim Jones' voice yelling out "Ballin" as I made my way to a podium. THAT right there is true power.
Single handily, my aim would be to piss off the American public and have as much fun as I possibly could while in office. Now, I'm sure something so drastic may lead to some sort action being taken to remove me from office, but even so. I know I couldn't be impeached, I would had to have done something illegal in order for that to happen.
The mere thought of taking something as sacred as the Star Spangled Banner and making a complete mockery of it has me gleaming with joy. Not to mention, that even if you hate rap, this song is so ridiculously awesome and nihilistic that you can't help but get into it.
I would too, don't doubt it.

What a horrible idea. Let me rephrase that. I can see someone wanting to change the national anthem. I think it's weird, but it has legitimacy. My problem lies with the reasoning. I think that it's messed up that your whole approach to the presidency would be to piss the American public off. With that type of approach, it might not be constitutionally possible for you to be impeached, but congress could still remove you from office. Not to mention that with that mentality, they probably would get the chance since there would be so many people trying to assassinate you. I'm not trying to ruin your fun with the assignment, I just think that your answer started off kind of funny and then took a huge turn. Just my opinion though, take it or leave it.
