The pursuit of happiness

If I could make one thing happen I would make sure that everyone in this country could get free health care. If I was the president I would do this because there are so many people in this country that die every day because they do not have enough money. I don’t believe that any one should die because they can’t afford health insurance. It is said how many people in America just learn to deal with their pain or adnore the warning signs of health problems because they know they cannot afforded health insurances. If there was a universal health care system people would not have to worry about this. I think that it would also help to solve a lot of the country’s problems. People would be happier because they are not sick. Children would not have to suffer because their parents are sick and can’t get better. Every time I think about this I think about the movie sicko where so many people just had to adsept t the fact that they were going to die because they care that they worked for all their life will not pay for them to get better. I think it is sad and crazy that the supposedly greatest country in the world could treat its people like this. People should not have to break their backs all their lives to pay for death. IF I was president I would make sure that everyone had the life liberty and Pursuit of happiness that they were first promised when this country first started.
